One of the most important elements of the job search, is having a daily/weekly plan for your goals (e.g., # of jobs applied for, # of contacts made, etc.). What really helps enforce your progress on those goals is being in an accountability group. This is a group of 5-6 people who are in transition and meet on a weekly where you share your goals and your progress against those goals.
